The Beautiful Relationship Between Faith, Grace And Righteousness – Spiritual Reading.

“By grace are ye saved, through faith” (Ephesians 2:8).
I think it well to turn a little to one side that I may ask my reader to observe adoringly the fountain-head of our salvation, which is the grace of God. “By grace are ye saved.” Because God is gracious, therefore sinful men are forgiven, converted, purified, and saved.

It is not because of anything in them, or that ever can be in them, that they are saved; but because of the boundless love, goodness, pity, compassion, mercy, and grace of God. Tarry a moment, then, at the well-head. Behold the pure river of water of life, as it proceeds out of the throne of God and of the Lamb!

What an abyss is the grace of God! Who can measure its breadth? Who can fathom its depth? Like all the rest of the divine attributes, it is infinite. God is full of love, for “God is love.” God is full of goodness; the very name “God” is short for “good.” Unbounded goodness and love enter into the very essence of the Godhead. It is because “his mercy endureth for ever” that men are not destroyed; because “his compassions fail not” that sinners are brought to Him and forgiven.

Remember this; or you may fall into error by fixing your minds so much upon the faith which is the channel of salvation as to forget the grace which is the fountain and source even of faith itself. Faith is the work of God’s grace in us. No man can say that Jesus is the Christ but by the Holy Ghost. “No man cometh unto me,” saith Jesus, “except the Father which hath sent me draw him.” So that faith, which is coming to Christ, is the result of divine drawing.

Grace is the first and last moving cause of salvation; and faith, essential as it is, is only an important part of the machinery which grace employs. We are saved “through faith,” but salvation is “by grace.” Sound forth those words as with the archangel’s trumpet: “By grace are ye saved.” What glad tidings for the undeserving!

Faith occupies the position of a channel or conduit pipe. Grace is the fountain and the stream; faith is the aqueduct along which the flood of mercy flows down to refresh the thirsty sons of men. It is a great pity when the aqueduct is broken. It is a sad sight to see around Rome the many noble aqueducts which no longer convey water into the city, because the arches are broken and the marvelous structures are in ruins.

The aqueduct must be kept entire to convey the current; and, even so, faith must be true and sound, leading right up to God and coming right down to ourselves, that it may become a serviceable channel of mercy to our souls.
Still, I again remind you that faith is only the channel or aqueduct, and not the fountainhead, and we must not look so much to it as to exalt it above the divine source of all blessing which lies in the grace of God.

Never make a Christ out of your faith, nor think of as if it were the independent source of your salvation. Our life is found in “looking unto Jesus,” not in looking to our own faith. By faith all things become possible to us; yet the power is not in the faith, but in the God upon whom faith relies. Grace is the powerful engine, and faith is the chain by which the carriage of the soul is attached to the great motive power.

The righteousness of faith is not the moral excellence of faith, but the righteousness of Jesus Christ which faith grasps and appropriates. The peace within the soul is not derived from the contemplation of our own faith; but it comes to us from Him who is our peace, the hem of whose garment faith touches, and virtue comes out of Him into the soul.

See then, dear friend, that the weakness of your faith will not destroy you. A trembling hand may receive a golden gift. The Lord’s salvation can come to us though we have only faith as a grain of mustard seed. The power lies in the grace of God, and not in our faith.

Great messages can be sent along slender wires, and the peace–giving witness of the Holy Spirit can reach the heart by means of a thread-like faith which seems almost unable to sustain its own weight. Think more of Him to whom you look than of the look itself. You must look away even from your own looking, and see nothing but Jesus, and the grace of God revealed in Him.

Reflections And Lessons:

But my righteous one will live by faith. And I take no pleasure in the one who shrinks back._ 39. But we do not belong to those who shrink 2

Jehovah Tsidkenu – The Lord Our Righteousness. We don’t have any righteousness of our own as believers. Our righteousness comes through faith by believing in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross and his resurrection. It’s not about what we do or don’t do. It’s about what Jesus already did for us. And we can have a sure confidence in the work of Jesus.

The righteousness of God never fails to protect us from enemies and the tricks of the devil because it is pure and holy.

But my righteous one will live by faith. And I take no pleasure in the one who shrinks back._ 39. But we do not belong to those who shrink 3

Our righteousness on the other hand is as filthy rugs and exposes us to enemies. Let’s learn to lean on God and trust his righteousness. We can then be able to walk confidently, safe in the knowledge that Jesus is our righteousness and because he has us, we won’t be able to shrink back, backslide or lose our way. We can be sure of heaven and prosperity when we have Jesus as our righteousness.

California Governor Gavin Newson Has Taken A Just And Righteous Step In Halting The Death Penalty | The Death Penalty Is Murder

California Governor Gavin Newson Has Taken A Just And Righteous Step In Halting The Death Penalty | The Death Penalty Is Murder.

Some issues are not about a person’s political inclinations. Some issues are not about whether a person is a republican or a democrat. Some issues are simply about doing what is right. Some issues are about the truth and our consciousness. Some issues are beyond people and they are about God.

The issue of the death penalty is one such issue.

God commands us not to murder. I believe that since none of us has ever created a life, we have no right to take a life. Human beings have enough challenges without having to carry the burden of killing other human beings.

Let’s leave murder to God who created life in the first place. I believe if God wants to kill someone, he is able to do it without human help. That is why one of his commandments is that we should not kill.

“You shall not murder.”

Exodus 20:13

We have sadly become a society that encourages the most gross kinds of wickedness and human behavior. In fact, I have no idea how the death penalty has stood for so long in this world. It’s archaic and outdated.

Governor Gavin Newson of California has done a righteous thing by halting the death penalty. It’s long over due. I believe the light is finally starting to shine into the darkness of California.

The spiritual revival we have been praying to sweep  through California and lead to healing is finally beginning.

With over 700 inmates on the death row, some innocent, mentally ill or too old, there is really nothing to be gained by killing them.

Living in jail, away from family and a normal life is punishment enough for a human being.

Most human beings can’t even manage staying in their room, the whole day without talking to other human beings. One can therefore only imagine the kind of emotional turmoil and trauma that inmates experience.

If Jesus could forgive the criminal on the cross next to him, then we have an obligation to show mercy and forgive other human beings.

One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him: “Aren’t you the Messiah? Save yourself and us!” 40 But the other criminal rebuked him. “Don’t you fear God,” he said, “since you are under the same sentence? 41 We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.” 42 Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” 43 Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

Luke 23:39-43

I thank Governor Gavin Newson for being bold, audacious, strong and brave enough to stand and say NO to the death penalty.

Governor Gavin Newson’s stand is one of light, love, righteousness, justice in our world that is often filled with darkness, fear and hate.

With the atmosphere in California, I know it was not an easy call for him to make, and yet, he went ahead to make the hard call anyway. That is brave and impressive.

I pray Jesus and his Holy spirit keep leading Governor Gavin Newson. I pray Jesus is able to do more righteous work through Governor Gavin.

God can use anyone. There is no partiality with God. Jesus is not a respecter of persons. Jesus is able to use both democrats and republicans in the advancement of his kingdom.

But glory, honor, and peace for everyone who does what is good, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek. 11 There is no favoritism with God.

Romans 2:10-11

In the kingdom of Jesus, there are neither democrats or republicans. There are just people who need the love and grace of Abba.

Well done, Governor Gavin Newson. Jesus bless and keep you safe. Let him keep doing more righteous work through you.

Jesus loves you Gavin Newson, and so do I.

Righteous Rulings By Judge Amy Berman Jackson And Judge T.S Ellis In The Case Of Paul John Manafort

Righteous Rulings By Judge Amy Berman Jackson And Judge T.S Ellis In The Case Of Paul John Manafort.

I think it’s a good thing and a blessing that Paul John Manafort Jr gets a total of 7 and a half years in jail for his crimes.

Paul John Manafort, 69 years, is an American lawyer, political consultant and former campaign manager to the 2016 Donald Trump campaign.

He is married to Kathleen Bond who is 66 years old and is currently suffering from a brain injury.

Judge T.S Ellis (Thomas Selby Ellis III)  sentenced him to 47 months while Judge Amy Berman Jackson sentenced him to 43 months for combined cases of conspiracy and fraud.

We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. If it was not for Jesus and his sacrifice on the cross, we should all be headed to hell.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.”

Romans 3:23-26

In the Lord’s prayer, Jesus teaches us to pray thus:

In this manner, therefore, pray:

Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. 10 Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. 13 And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. 14 “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Matthew 6:8-15

If we expect God to forgive us, then we should be able to forgive other people. Forgiveness is not always easy and yet it is worth it.

I’m grateful to Judge Amy Baker Jackson and Judge T.S Ellis for ruling and judging with righteousness, mercy, kindness and compassion.

Jesus says, he came for sinners and he desires mercy and not sacrifice.

When Jesus heard that, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. 13 But go and learn what this means: I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

Matthew 9:12-13

Both Judge Amy Baker Jackson and Judge T.S Ellis showed mercy, kindness, love, compassion and leniency.

Our world filled with hate, darkness, un-forgiveness, hard heartedness, fear, cruelty needs more news of compassion, kindness, light, faith, hope, mercy and love.

If Jesus could forgive the thief on the cross, when he showed repentance and was contrite, who are we not to forgive others when they repent and ask for forgiveness?

One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him: “Aren’t you the Messiah? Save yourself and us!” 40 But the other criminal rebuked him. “Don’t you fear God,” he said, “since you are under the same sentence? 41 We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.” 42 Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” 43 Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

Luke 23:39-43

Paul Manafort has apologized. He has also promised to change and become a better man. I believe he is able to.

We shall keep praying for him and we pray Jesus does a great work in his life. Paul Manafort, Jesus loves you and so do I.

Spiritual Benefits And Positive Effects Of A Good Fire That Is Holy And Righteous

Spiritual Benefits And Positive Effects Of A Good Fire That Is Holy And Righteous.

For a long time we have been taught that fire is mostly a bad thing because it burns and causes destruction. If one of your body parts gets burnt, you will feel the pain. And in extreme cases you will need a plastic surgeon to fix you up.

Going by the California fires that have been doing the rounds for years, burning homes and rendering people homeless, there is no argument that fire can leave behind devastating effects in it’s wake.

And yet, Hebrews 12:29 tells us that;
“For our God is a consuming fire.”

God is a consuming fire. God burns things up. It’s a difficult concept to try understanding. Does this mean God is bad? Most certainly not! God is holy and there is no evil or bad in him. This can therefore only mean that fire while it burns can also be good. But fire only becomes a good thing when God is in it. There are many instances in the Bible where God appears as fire or in a fire. And in all those varied instances, fire does good.

God appears to Moses in the burning bush on holy ground and says he is “I AM WHO IAM” as he prepares Moses to go on a journey of rescuing the Israelites from captivity and bondage. That is a very good thing.

Then the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire within a bush. As Moses looked, he saw that the bush was on fire but was not consumed. 3 So Moses thought: I must go over and look at this remarkable sight. Why isn’t the bush burning up? 4 When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called out to him from the bush, “Moses, Moses!” “Here I am,” he answered. 5 “Do not come closer,” He said. “Remove the sandals from your feet, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.”

Exodus 3:2-5

God appears as a pillar of fire by night to provide light and protection to the children of Israel while they are in the desert.

And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night. 22 He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day or the pillar of fire by night from before the people.

Exodus 13:21-22

God appears as fire from heaven and burns up the offering that the righteous Prophet of God, Elijah has prepared while he is facing off with the Prophets of Baal and Asherah. A great miracle that caused many Israelites to turn back to Jehovah.

Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that You are the Lord God, and that You have turned their hearts back to You again.”
38 Then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood and the stones and the dust, and it licked up the water that was in the trench. 39 Now when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces; and they said, “The Lord, He is God! The Lord, He is God!”

1 Kings 18:37-39

God appears in the fire with the three Hebrew children when they were thrown in the fiery furnace by King Nebuchadnezzar and he stands with them in the fire causing them to be rescued.

And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.
24 Then King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished; and he rose in haste and spoke, saying to his counselors, “Did we not cast three men bound into the midst of the fire?” They answered and said to the king, “True, O king.” 25 “Look!” he answered, “I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.” 26 Then Nebuchadnezzar went near the mouth of the burning fiery furnace and spoke, saying, “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, servants of the Most High God, come out, and come here.” Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego came from the midst of the fire.

Daniel 3:23-26

In the New Testament book of Hebrews he is a consuming fire. Coming to renew us and make us pure. Burning away our sin, iniquity and transgressions so that we can shine and glow as refined silver and gold.

“For our God is a consuming fire.”

 Hebrews 12:29

When God is in the fire, fire turns from a bad thing to a good thing. From a destructive force to a redemptive force. From a painful experience to a pleasurable experience.

  • Are you going through fire right now? Call on the consuming fire Jesus Christ to come and be with you in the fire and see your situation change.
  • Is there sin and iniquity in your life right now? Call on the refiners fire to come and burn away the sin and iniquity in your life and make you pure.
  • Is your life dark right now? Call on the fire of the Lord Jesus to come and illuminate the dark places in your life and make them glow.
  • Do you have food or an offering and need it cooked and well prepared so that it is holy and pleasing? Call on Jesus the consuming fire to come and cook what needs to be cooked and make it delicious.

A fire without God and righteousness in it destroys as was seen in Sodom and Gomorrah. And yet fire with God in it offers life. Fire with God in it is a good thing. Let your faith and life be ignited by Jesus.

Belt Of Truth As Part Of The Full Armor Of God – Spiritual Warfare.

Spiritual Warfare.

Belt Of Truth.

Stand, therefore, with truth like a belt around your waist.

Ephesians 6:14

Truth is deeper than just being honest. It means being sincere in your intentions and actions too.Telling the truth also takes Humility.Pride does not flow with Truth.

In human anatomy the area from the waist down is a sensitive area.On the human body, this area includes the reproductive parts, organs, thighs and legs.Any damage to our reproductive system can lead to infertility which ultimately leads to un-productivity.

As believers, we need to be productive. We need to multiple.Whether that multiplication includes talents, skills, wealth, families or any endeavors we find ourselves engaging in.Wearing your belt of truth firmly around your waist, will guard your production and even speed of production.

Don’t allow the enemy to bring famine, drought and hunger into your life through lies, dishonesty, pride and untruthfulness. Truth is life giving and there is life stored in your productive parts. We know the enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy.

View this post on Instagram

"Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness." (Ephesians 6:14) The Apostle Paul compares spiritual armor to the armor of the Roman soldier of this time. He begins by mentioning the truth as our loins girt, what is it? The truth of the word (John 17:17) is our first defensive weapon to destroy every lie of the devil and religion in order to be free from the influence of the thief because every lie you allow in your life gives authority to the father of lies on you. Let the truth set you free in the name of Jesus (John 8: 31-32) #s Wisdom4everyday#wisdomformife#jesuschrist#holyspirit#john#apostle#soldier#truth#lies#beltoftruth#gospel

A post shared by daily wisdom (@wisdom4everyday) on

All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

John 10:8-10

If the enemy destroy’s you through untruthfulness, then he restricts and curtails your productivity and multiplication. We also know that the devil is the father of lies and there is no truth in him.

Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me. 43 Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. 44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. 45 But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me. 46 Which of you convicts Me of sin? And if I tell the truth, why do you not believe Me? 47 He who is of God hears God’s words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God.”

John 8:42-47

Therefore, if we are to distinguish ourselves and set ourselves apart as children of the light, then we have to train ourselves and learn to live in truth. It’s very important and imperative to. And when we find ourselves having any difficulties in living truthfully, let’s ask Jesus for help to live in truth like he does because Jesus is the Way, Truth and Life.

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

John 14:6

Truth Is Life. Jesus Is Truth.

✝️ Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. Sandals Of Peace.

And your feet sandaled with readiness for the gospel of peace.

Ephesians 6:15

Who in this world doesn’t want peace? We crave for it. Whether as believers or non believers. I remember the speech President Donald Trump’s gave when he officially recognized Jerusalem as the Capital of Israel and he spoke about the world wanting peace.

In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. ‭‭🔥Ephesians‬ ‭6:11-17‬🔥 . . . #fullarmorofgod #fullarmor #schemesofthedevil #schemes #devil #God #fleshandblood #powers #forcesofdarkness #spiritualforces #wickedness #standfirm #girdyourloins #truth #breastplate #breastplateofrighteousness #shodyourfeet #gospelofpeace #gospel #🛡#shieldoffaith #flamingarrows #evilone #helmetofsalvation #swordofthespirit #🗡 #⚔️ #wordofGod #bible #📖

Especially considering the middle east conflict and the spiritual significance of events going on there.

Everyone in the world is speaking peace but the truth of the matter is that the world and everything in it can not give us peace.
In fact Jesus must have astonished his listeners when he told them that he had not come to bring peace but a sword.

“Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. 35 For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law’; 36 and a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.’

Matthew 10:34-36

Kind of surprising since he is the Prince of Peace, right? Actually it is not surprising because in another passage Jesus promises to give his followers peace. The kind of peace the world can never give anyone. The kind of peace that cannot be negotiated, bought or sold. Only he as the prince of peace has the ability to give it.

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

John 14:27

And he is also that gospel of peace. When we preach Jesus to the world, we are in essence offering them Peace through the the Prince of peace. It is the same with the Beatitudes when Jesus speaks of the peacemakers. If we are peacemakers, we shall not only be blessed but we shall also be called son’s of God. How amazing is that?

Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God.

Matthew 5:9

"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. Let us always be ready to give people peace when they are faced with chaos, uncertainty, war and instability. Let’s give people Jesus, wherever and whenever we find them. The world is in desperate need of real peace. Let’s therefore put on our sandals of peace: run, sprint, jog, walk to give the world the Prince of Peace.

For a child will be born for us, a son will be given to us, and the government will be on His shoulders. He will be named Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.

Isaiah 9:6

Be A Peacemaker. Let’s Live In The Peace Of Jesus.

Shield Of Faith As Part Of The Full Armor Of God – Spiritual Warfare.

Spiritual Warfare.

Shield Of Faith.

In every situation take the shield of faith, and with it you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

Ephesians 6:16.

Faith, Jesus once said even the size of a mustard seed can move a mulberry tree and I strongly believe this.

“If you have faith the size of a mustard seed,” the Lord said, “you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you.

Luke 17:6

Apostle Paul also wrote that without Faith, we cannot please God:

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Hebrews 11:6

The devil is always throwing darts and arrows at believers. In fact, that is why the verse in Ephesians 6:16 says you need to have your shield of faith in every situation. You can never ever leave your shield of Faith behind. Never! Doesn’t matter what situation of life you find yourself in. Good, bad, sad, happy, sick, healthy, rich, poor.

In every situation, you have to have your shield of Faith.
The devil found Job in a rich, happy state when he started attacking him and he didn’t stop there. He carried on throwing flaming arrows at him even after he had lost everything.

However tough the situation you find yourself in, however dire the circumstances, however tempting to throw your hands in the air and start calling God a liar and feeling like quitting, I urge you, I beseech you to never lose your faith.

Because the moment you lose your Faith in Jesus, you have lost the battle and war. See, it’s Jesus who gives us victory during this war. Yes, we are soldiers but he is the commander in chief. We take directions from him. He leads and we follow.

So, if you lose faith in your commander in chief, you have inadvertently surrendered to the enemy and joined the other camp.
See, in this spiritual battle, there are only two sides.
Good and Evil. God and the Devil. There is no middle ground.

You either have full trust and Faith in Jesus or you don’t have faith in him. There is no gray, murky shady area.

I pray you take your faith seriously. I pray you always have your shield with you. So that when the devil comes with lies, slander, gossip, accusations, sickness, poverty, loss, grief, betrayal etc, you can quench and extinguish all his arrows so that nothing happens to you and you grow stronger in your faith and move from glory to glory.

Let’s Live Victoriously In Jesus. Take Your Shield Of Faith Every Where You Go.

Breastplate of righteousness as part of the full armor of God – Spiritual warfare.

Spiritual Warfare:

The Breast Plate Of Righteousness

What is the importance of the Breastplate of Righteousness as one of the components of the whole armor of God?

The breastplate of righteousness is the part of the full armor of God that guards and protects your heart and soul from dangerous manipulations that the enemy tries to implant.

I’m sure some of you have met situations and people who try to manipulate you by using your emotions to try and make you stumble in your spiritual walk.

Righteousness gives you confidence when the enemy tries to carry out a smear campaign against your character which you know is secured in Jesus Christ.

When you sense the devil tempting you to throw away everything you know about Jesus and to start worrying because things seem to be getting worse instead of better, putting on your breastplate of righteousness is what helps you not to worry. Because you remember that life is about seasons. The seeds of good and righteousness you sow today will reap a plentiful harvest in future.

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Matthew 6:33-34

So, despite all the manipulations of the enemy to deter you from running your race of Faith, you persevere and hold onto trusting that Jesus knows best. Jesus will always know best.

Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness

Ephesians 6:14

If your righteousness is under attack right now and you are wavering in your faith and If for one reason or the other you are feeling discouraged and anxious about the cares of the world, I encourage you to listen to the song, “You’re gonna be ok” by Brian and Jenn Johnson of Bethel Music and I pray it encourages you and let’s you know that whatever it is, “You’re gonna be ok“.

Brian & Jenn Johnson

You’re Gonna Be Ok Lyrics

I know it’s all you’ve got to just, be strong
And it’s a fight just to keep it together, together
I know you think, that you are too far gone
But hope is never lost
Hope is never lost

.

Hold on, don’t let go
Hold on, don’t let go

.
Just take, one step, closer
Put one foot in front of the other
You’ll, get through this
Just follow the light in the darkness
You’re gonna be ok

.
I know your heart is heavy from those nights
Just remember that you’re a fighter, a fighter
You never know just what tomorrow holds
And you’re stronger than you know
Stronger than you know

.
Hold on, don’t let go
Hold on, don’t let go

.
Just take, one step, closer
Put one foot in front of the other
You’ll, get through this
Just follow the light in the darkness
One step, closer
Put one foot in front of the other
You’ll, get through this
Just follow the light in the darkness
You’re gonna be ok

.
And when the night, is closing in
Don’t give up and don’t give in
This won’t last, it’s not the end, it’s not the end
You’re gonna be ok
When the night, is closing in
Don’t give up and don’t give in
This won’t last, it’s not the end, it’s not the end
You’re gonna be ok

Please wear your breastplate of righteousness and let no enemy manipulate you into taking it off.
