Signs In The Skies, Moon And Stars – Super Blue Blood Moon – Harbingers Of The End Times.
I don’t believe in Astrology, reading palms and other practices of reading the stars and planets to determine destines, foretell the future etc but I do believe in the Bible and the word of God.
I believe when the good book caution’s us to be alert and awake so that the Bridegroom finds us prepared and ready at his coming.
Every week seems to come with it’s own signs of the end times with cosmological, astronomical, political, social and other signs.
A few days back, I wrote on the Various Earthquakes and Volcanic Eruptions that shook the Earth. A few weeks before that, I reported on Hurricanes, Fires, Winter storms, Epidemics and other signs many people were oblivious to.
As the rest of the world anxiously waits to watch the Super Blue Blood Moon that hasn’t occurred in 152 years (Last happened March 31, 1866), all I can think of are these Bible Scriptures.
25 “Then there will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars; and there will be anguish on the earth among nations bewildered by the roaring sea and waves.
26 People will faint from fear and expectation of the things that are coming on the world, because the celestial powers will be shaken.
27 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
28 But when these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is near!”
Luke 21:25-28
12 Then I saw Him open the sixth seal. A violent earthquake occurred; the sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair; the entire moon became like blood; 13 the stars of heaven fell to the earth as a fig tree drops its unripe figs when shaken by a high wind;
Revelation 6:12-13
The Super Blue Blood Moon simply put is:
– Super-moon: The Moon’s Closet point to Earth.
– Blue Moon: When two full moons occur twice in a moon, the second full moon is defined a Blue Moon.
– Blood Moon: A total lunar Eclipse which makes the moon look red.
