The Bible is filled with many passages, stories and sayings where Bible Characters continually give thanks to God and Christians and believers in God are instructed to.
In addition, the New Testament is filled with many of Apostle Paul's letter's where he encourages believers to have a grateful heart and to continually offer thanks to God.
Having a spirit of appreciation has the power to release many of the Lord's blessings in our life as we communicate to God how awesome and mighty he is and how much we adore him for the many blessings and gifts he bestows on us.
God is continually seeking grateful hearts that live in constant thanksgiving, praise and worship.
Gratitude also has so many proven benefits to improving our everyday lives and making life's burdens lighter.
If you haven't developed a spirit of gratitude and thankfulness yet, don't despair, it's possible to.
We encourage you to ask for the leading of the Holy Spirit and to also keep praying for God to give you a heart of gratitude so that you can live a life that continually gives glory to his righteous and holy name.
